For any question about your personal data, please use the email address shown above.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you send us through the forms on the website.

Quote request:

  • name;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • town where the work is;
  • service wanted and urgency;
  • description of the work;
  • photographs, if you decide to send them.

Contact from partner companies (“International partners” page): company, contact person, email address, phone number, country and the information about the work that you write in the message.

When you send a form, your IP address is used only to limit abusive submissions. We do not ask you for sensitive data; please do not include any in the description or in the photographs.

3. What we use the data for

  • to assess your request and prepare the quote;
  • to contact you, by phone, email or WhatsApp, about that request;
  • to send you confirmation that the request was received.

We do not use your data for advertising, nor do we sell it or pass it on to third parties for that purpose.

4. On what legal basis

We process your data because it is necessary in order to follow up the request you make to us, prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation), and with the consent you give when you send the form (Article 6(1)(a)).

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. This does not affect the processing carried out up to that moment.

5. How long we keep the data

Requests received through the website, including the photographs, are kept for 12 months from the date on which we receive them and are then removed from the website’s database.

Each request, including the photographs, is also delivered by email to the company’s mailbox. That email stays in the mailbox and is not deleted automatically.

If the request leads to a job, the data needed for invoicing and for complying with legal obligations is kept for the periods the law requires.

6. Who has access to the data

The data is seen only by those in the company who deal with the requests. The website, the database and the email are hosted by Hostinger, which is also the email service provider. Hostinger provides these services on our behalf and only processes the data for that purpose.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • know what data we hold about you and receive a copy (access);
  • ask for wrong or incomplete data to be corrected (rectification);
  • ask for the data to be deleted (erasure);
  • object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted (objection and restriction);
  • receive the data in a format that you can hand to another organisation (portability);
  • withdraw the consent you gave.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [Email]. We reply within one month at most, as the law provides.

8. Complaints

If you consider that your data is not being processed in accordance with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese data protection authority, at www.cnpd.pt.

9. Cookies and visitor statistics (Google Analytics)

This website may use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful, but only after you accept it in the notice shown on your first visit. Until you accept, or if you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no cookie is stored. We do not use advertising cookies.

If you accept, Google Analytics stores cookies on your device (_ga and _ga_…) and records usage data: pages viewed, clicks on the contact links (phone, WhatsApp, email), form submissions (not what you wrote in them), type of device and browser, and approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Ireland Limited processes this data on our behalf, as a processor; it may be transferred outside the European Union with the safeguards the law requires. The data is kept for the period set in the Google Analytics settings (2 or 14 months) and then deleted.

You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie preferences”, at the bottom of every page; if you decline after accepting, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. Your choice is kept in your browser (local storage, not a cookie), so that we do not ask again.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
